Each month, our expert Workplace Wellbeing Consultants will share practical, evidence-based tools and resources to guide the integration of wellbeing into your organizational practices. Recordings of past webinars will be available on our website.

 

Course Content

This webinar series enables understanding and application of leading practices for wellbeing in the workplace.  Learners will be empowered to:

  • Understand and action the drivers of wellbeing in the workplace
  • Integrate wellbeing practices into existing programs and management systems
  • Describe the shared responsibility for workplace wellbeing
  • Explore leading practice tools to manage workplace psychosocial factors
  • Identify the root causes of psychological harm in the workplace
  • Review and apply best practices for mental health stay at work and return to work
  • Build and maintain a culture of wellbeing
